The hemp plant is an entirely different strain of cannabis that contains high quantities of CBD and almost zero traces of THC. If a hemp plant contains more than 0.3% THC, it is then technically a marijuana plant.

Yes and No. Yes: CBD oil is sometimes referred to as hemp oil or derived from hemp oil, which it technically is because it comes from the hemp plant. No: If hemp oil comes from the seeds, it is actually hempseed oil and has no CBD in it at all (see above FAQ).
Yes. As long as the CBD is derived from hemp plants (not marijuana plants) and contains less than 0.3% THC then it is legal in for anyone 18 years or older in the US, unless your state has specific laws against it. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill) declared that all “hemp” extracts (CBD) are legal agricultural products provided they contain less than 0.3% of THC.
No, we do not sell marijuana or any of it’s related products. We only sell federally legal hemp-derived cannabinoids, which include CBD oil, CBG oil, CBN oil, Delta 8 THC, HHC and other products.
Terpenes are the active ingredients in all essential oils that come from medicinal plants and herbs, inlcuding hte hemp plant.
Usually you can tell the if a CBD is rich in terpenes by the taste. Terpene-rich CBD will have a strong and sometimes slightly bitter taste of hemp. It is a natural product so it can vary, however a clean CBD with lots of terpenes will give you a very strong hemp taste.
Full spectrum is all the good things you get from a plant, which come from a wide range of cannabinoids, terpenes, antioxidants, nutrients and other plant compounds present in the hemp plant. It can provide a greater effect than CBD alone as all the cannabinoids work together, as nature intended, in what is known as the entourage effect. A recent study from Israel has documented the superior therapeutic properties of whole-plant (full spectrum) cannabis extract over single-molecule (isolate) cannabidiol (CBD)*.
